New Train Update!

Well...I finally dug my train project out from amongst all the dust bunnies and am back at work on it. It seems to be coming along fairly well. I think I am over the worst part...the train and the buildings. Sooooooooooooooooooooo much blending filament involved in those 2 areas. UGH!!!

Here is what it looked like in February:

Here is what it looks like now:

Maybe I can get it finished by Christmas. That is what I am hoping anyway. :-)
PS: please excuse all the wrinkles

Thanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment and letting me know I am not alone in this Xmas project endeavor.

Your train project is amazing, what an undertaking, I can't wait to see the finished piece. Your husband will cherish it forever.

Your train scene is just beautiful, Jinger! What a treasure it's going to be. I don't know if you'll finish it by Christmas, either...but there's a long winter ahead anyway...so you're bound to finish it before Spring!! :) Hugs, Deb

My youngest gs loves Thomas. He would be ga-ga over this. But I don't think I could take on such a large project for a 4 year old. He would be a college graduate before he would see it! LOL
Beautiful work. Just beautiful
