I have a finish this week! It's a free chart by The Sampler Girl that can be found at her website.
I loved how Mary Kathryn did her piece a while back in the monochromatic style and decided to borrow her wonderful idea and do the same. I used threads that Sharon gave me in an exchange this summer for my color. The seashell fabric that the piece is laying on is also the backing fabric. This was my first time making my own twisted cording. I think it turned out fairly well.
Title: A Little Seabathing
Thread: Teal Mist by Carrie's Threads
Fabric: 28 ct. Miracle Mint lugana

Your Seabathing finish is adorable and the backing fabric is perfect :)
I love how your Seabathing turned out. Hmmm...perhaps I will have to do this design again because I love it monochromatic.
Simply beautiful Seabathing piece, Jinger!
Hugs, Deb

Fabulous finish Jinger, it's looks so pretty in that color. I think I like it better monochrome too.
That really does look good in monochromatic. I may have to do it both ways.
Oh this is adorable stitched up in one color! I love the fabric backing it too, cording looks great!
I"m interested in the round robin, if it's not too late to join! Please email me at: ann70821@mac.com
