I don't know if anyone likes to travel, but if you do you should get this book. I bought it a couple of years ago and really like it. By no means have a traveled to even a 10th of the places mentioned, but it has definitely given me a list of places to try and get to. Also, the travel channel just started a series on it last night. I really enjoyed watching it.
Had a wonderful time in Disney last week. My neck survived it all and I think I walked at least 100 miles over the course of the week! :-) You would think that the weight would melt off with walking that much, but, alas, it did not. I think I may have even gained a pain. UGH!!
Stitching wise I haven't done much at all. I started on French Country - Apple by JBW for a wedding gift, but only have about 1/4 of it done. Will post a picture once I have finished it. The couple are doing their kitchen in apples.
I haven't picked up the French Country - Rabbit lately to work on the beaded edging. I need to get another pack of beads to do it and JoAnne's and Michael's doesn't carry that color. I guess I will have to end up ordering them.
I hate that I have gotten out of the groove of stitching on my train, but hope to get back into that groove before too long.
My son and I are counting the days until school is out. This hasn't been the greatest year and we will be really happy to get rid of one of his teachers. YAY!!!

I seen that book in a shop the other day and had a quick flick through, it does look great!
welcome home Jinger! Glad you survived-I know you guys had a wonderful time. I too am ready for school to be out.
I'm sure you had a wonderful time at Disney World! I hope your neck gets better soon! I'm not much of a traveler myself. I love staying at home. But DD and I have been talking about going somewhere and staying in a motel for a couple of nights - just to get away! Have fun on your travels!
